”In 2021 Axicom changed home from large multi-billion technology conglomerate TE Connectivity to private equity investment firm RCP. I must admit that at the beginning as a management team we were skeptical about how RCP would interact with us on a regular basis.
Our first joined transformation project was to master the carve-out from TE Connectivity and setup Axicom as a truly standalone organization. This has been a challenging journey, also in context of the Corona crisis happening during the same time.
