RCP´s SteelCo completes acquisition of EMC Solutions from Akkodis

The transaction strengthens SteelCo’s industrial service platform by adding highly specialized electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) engineering expertise to its portfolio.

EMC Solutions brings more than 25 years of experience in electromagnetic compatibility engineering and testing. Its services include accredited EMC laboratory testing, comprehensive engineering support, technical consulting, troubleshooting, and tailored training programs.

With a strong base in the automotive and industrial technology sectors, EMC Solutions enhances SteelCo’s ability to meet the evolving needs of customers operating in complex, high-technology markets. Following the transaction, EMC Solutions will be renamed as ALPHA EMC GmbH and will continue its business under the new name.

The acquisition is fully aligned with SteelCo’s strategic growth objectives to broaden its service scope and expand its service offerings along the industrial product lifecycle. The combination of industrial expertise and advanced engineering services is expected to create valuable synergies and strengthen SteelCo’s competitive position.

SteelCo is committed to continuity for existing customers and employees. EMC Solutions’ management team and workforce will remain in place to lead future development and growth initiatives. SteelCo will provide strategic support, operational investment and long-term backing to further accelerate the company’s success.

As part of the acquisition, SteelCo and Akkodis have concluded a cooperation agreement to ensure sustained collaboration, allowing customers to benefit from an integrated and high-performing offering.
