Dr. Maximilian Thiel is a investment manager at RCP. He has more than 7 years of professional experience and held manager positions in private equity and a leading consultancy firm.
During his professional life Max gained extensive experience in transaction, transformation and restructuring projects among various industries including automotive, rail, media and personal services. He is specialized in corporate finance and carve-out execution.
Max studied in Munich, Lund, and Venice. He graduated from Ludwig-Maximilians-University with a Master of Science focussing on international taxation and accounting. He finalized his PhD in the area of family business crises.
Since 2024 Max is part of the RCP investment team.
