Who we look for

Our team is looking for a full-time manager operations or project manager.

Responsibilities

Our operations team supports the successful transformation of our group companies. As a member of the team, you will develop comprehensive restructuring concepts and growth strategies together with local management. You will develop cross-divisional measures/processes and implement them consistently and sustainably. In addition to improve competitiveness, profitability and increasing the value of the company, you will motivate employees and actively involve them in the change process.

Qualifications

• Above-average university degree in business administration, technology, or law
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a line manager/project manager, ideally with a renowned consulting firm
• Experience in project, IT, change management or restructuring as well as carve-outs
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong implementation skills and affinity for medium-sized companies
• Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
• High flexibility and willingness to travel to different locations, if necessary, also internationally
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), preferably also basic programming skills
• Fluent German and business fluent written and spoken English, further language skills desirable
